Hello, I'm new to these forums, but I've used this website to make charsets. I needed to make a request, and the rules said to make an introductory post. So....here it is...

Yes. Welcome. We're in an odd transitional stage, and things are a little wonky, but don't be afraid to interact. We love that kind of stuff.
