Title: Shyouzen Vs The Retards 2
Post by: Captain Obvious on December 16, 2012, 06:33:17 PM
Salutations.

The second game in the Shyouzen Vs Retards serie has been completed and with its playthrough finished, is now made available for anyone to play.

Shyouzen Vs The Retards 2 is, like its prequel, a humorous RPG made using the RPG Maker engine. It continues the story from its prequel and add quite a few gameplay enhancements to improve it. Notably, Karma management is increased (negative karma from defeated enemies can be gathered to increase stats and create soul spheres), the ability to choose helpers is implemented, and battles are now set instead of random (battles can be repeated on player command to compensate). The game also got optionnal content in the form of a super boss hidden in each stage and two endings (one if you don't fight the super bosses, one if you do).

Now here are a few screenshots.

When I heard the Armed Police Batrider music against Eggplant Wizard, I seriously thought
I was going to have to avoid using buffs and abilities as much as possible, and deliberately
get Helpers killed to keep difficulty manageable.

Sadly, you aren't THAT sadistic, but nevertheless, this is an undaunted work of art, much like the prequel!
