Title: Anyone here want programming help? I want stuff to think about. Ask me something
Post by: ambrose1987 on November 06, 2013, 06:31:18 AM
I'm a highly competent programmer in multiple languages, compiled, interpreted, and bytecode-interpreted, but my preference is for object-oriented C-like languages and I don't think memory management is hard, so unless I have a reason not to I spend the bulk of my time in one of my two preferred languages, C++ and Vala. I'm also comfortable in Java, C#, PHP(plus HTML and some of the accompanying administration), Javascript, Racket, Python, Lua, Visual Basic, QBasic/FreeBASIC, and Smalltalk, and I can do SDL,  XML,  per-pixel manipulation, and networking in most of them(along with several things which I can do in some of the languages but not all).

So does anybody need programming help? My days are slowly becoming more free. I can probably follow up within 24 hours.

Buddy, if you are as good as you say I think you should do something for Easy RPG, whatever they need if you want to. They still need programming support.

It will be better if you search info because I'm not an experienced programmer (I just know RGSS) so I don't know so much about the project.

But summarizing, Easy RPG is an RPG maker 2k/2k3 based program, very similar to the original and compatible with it's games, but open-source, free and with a lot of amazing features. As I know, it supports RGSS like RPG maker XP, and you can play the games in any computer and even on other consoles; their slogan is "Play your own RPG games anywhere". They still working on it but maybe with one or two years it will be released.

PD.- They appreciate any help, even original graphics or audio for the RTP.
