So it looks like I'm advertising things now.

It's a spiritual successor to the legendary Banjo-Kazooie, being made by a bunch of ex-Rare devs. It's pretty exciting, and even though it's only been up for a day, it's already backed, and reached all but the final stretch goal. People are excited, and it looks like the perfect thing to be excited about. I'm just spreading the word a little.

That looks pretty great, been missing these types of games for a while now. Even though Super mario sunshine and galaxy were good games, they aren't exactly banjo Kazooes.

I'm pretty ****ing pumped, honestly. They finally did what I said they should do years ago - get all the old Rare employees and make a new company. They ****ing did it!
I think my favourite thing is that they took the font from Banjo-Kazooie (Lithograph) and used it for Yooka-Laylee. IT'S THE SAME FONT. That's basically shaking their *** in Microsoft's face. "HEY, REMEMBER HOW WE MADE BANJO-KAZOOIE AND YOU BOUGHT US AND MADE US MAKE KINECT GAMES? SEE HOW WE JUST RAISED ONE MILLION POUNDS ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE KICKSTARTER? THAT'S MONEY YOU'RE MISSING OUT ON"
It looks like, for all intents in purposes, it WILL be a Banjo-Kazooie game. Just with a different name and characters. So hype.
Also, Grant Kirkhope AND David Wise on the soundtrack? Holy throbbing erection Batman, I'm in heaven.

Truth. That Grant Kirkhope track that they have on there sounds so much like a lost BK track that it isn't even funny.

This times a thousand to the moon and back.
