Title: Where's this sprite from?

Sorry if this isn't the right sub-form, I wasn't really sure where this should go.

So, I've been putting together the credits for my game, and I came across a sprite that I had gotten from this site about four years ago now. I tried searching the site for it, and even tried reverse-image searching, but nothing comes up. Could someone please help me find what game (or person, if it isn't from a game) that I should credit for this adorable little puffball?

Oh god damn it, so annoying. I recognize it but can't place it. Judging from the size and colors I'd guess it's from a gameboy advance game.

Isn't that from the Sideview package from like forever ago. The one with Final Fantasy, RPG Maker (PS),Breath of Fire and a bunch of sprites like those. I remember this pack but not where it came from. Oorochi Weapon's old site?

It's from Lunar: Silver Star Story (specifically, the PS/Saturn remake)

Also, I believe the Sideview Battler Package originally came from Phylomortis.
