I really thought this would just be one of those moments that we would all remember in 4 years but it seems like Trump is really into pushing this... Turns out he was referring to a youtube documentary that he saw on Fox news the day before btw. But now he is convinced that he knows better than the people living here.
Apparently there is this American freelance journalist called Tim Pool who took a dare to visit Malmö over here and "report on the riots", so far he is enjoying the vacation. Sure there is crime and violence but I doubt it can be worse than places in the US.
Also, from what I heard Fox news mistook some Swedish American for our National Security minister or something and paid him to be on their show.
We'll see how far this will escalate.

I heard about the fake Swedish informant. It just seems so random. Couldn't they check his credentials? Or like... google him? It's kind of frightening when one of the biggest news organizations in a massive country doesn't check their facts on something as critical as an expert consultant.
