Hello guys. I'm new here and this is my first post. I found the charas generator ( http://www.charas-project.net/charas2/index.php?lang=en&generator=1 (http://www.charas-project.net/charas2/index.php?lang=en&generator=1) ) over the internet while looking for resources for the 2003 rm.
I would like to know if I can use the characters made in it for commercial use (I have the 2000 and 2003 rm license).

Since it's user uploaded content I wouldn't trust it. There are many parts that are just rips from other games. So if you want to be on the safe side I'd say no.
But now that I think about it, I never seen that the content is uploaded under any license. So I have no clue if it's free to use in a commercial product.
I feel the best way to get art for your commercial projects is:
1. Make your own
2. Buy Resource Packs (https://itch.io/game-assets)
3. Use resource that comes with a license for being used in commercial projects (https://opengameart.org/)
