Forum Rules:
1. Please do not kick old topics.
- Carefully check the date of the last post before you submit. If a posts is older than a week, you should think twice before submitting. The topic may be old news by now.
2. Do not post .BMP files.
- They are a waste of valuable bandwidth. Also unlike any other extensions, BMP take longer for a member to see, so we encourage GIF and PNG use.
3. No links to RPG Maker 2003 and RPG Maker XP.
- Providing links to this program can get Charas in trouble. You can talk about it, but you cannot link to it. Not even via PM!
4. No post/topics including flames.
- Please do not flame to anyone or to the forum. This is a action considered to be unrespectful, for indeed, it is.
5. No post/topics including Spam.*
- Spam is not good for any community, but like germs in a human body, it is needed, but of course we do not want it to go over the border. Please refrain from posting spam, specially topics made for it.
6. No Post containing any illegal material.**
- Such topics/post are found horrible unnceptable here.
Thiese illegal material is subject to but not limited to: Warez, Porn, ROMS, Illegal Drugs, hacking.
7. All welcome back topics, Birthdays and leaving topics are to be placed in the test and welcome board.
8. Even though All of all is an offtopic forum, do not go off topic in a topic
-ex. subject: "Airplanes"

9. Due to the young audience here at charas, we censor the majority of profanity. If any censor is bypassed in any manner, accidental or intentionally, the users thread/post will be deleted without notice.
REMEMBER, ADMINISTRATORS AND MODERATORS ARE YOUR SUPPORT! PLEASE DO NOT ARGUE IN A THREAD, IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, CONTACT AN ADMIN OR MOD!!
