Got promoted to senior gameplay programmer, so that's something I guess.
Congratulations! I miss doing game dev, I should get back in to it. Webdev is really easy and pays well, so I'm sticking with that for a job for now. I'd love to open a game dev studio some day though.
32 these days, got kids and been working as a teacher for a while now.What kind of teacher are you? All of my friends started wanting to do table top around Covid starting, so I got dragged into a few games. Mostly D&D, but some Coriolis, and some Wise Guys as well. Kids are fun, my daughter is almost 2 now, and we've thrown around the idea of having another.
I've gotten hooked on warhammer, ttrpgs and other boardgames ever since covid. I just couldn't stand being around a screen for anything else than work at that time.
