In battle question

Ok look.. If i create a game i would bake my own battle BC´s.. Well is there any way too adjust how the party will be positioned in a certain battle map?... Like if the battle is on a bridge i dont want the 3 members too stand like off the bridge, just in front off each other. And so the boss stays on the bridge.
