Character Drawing

So this is one of the characters in my RPG. I'm making portraits like this for all of them...so here's the first one. Pencil. Roughly an hour. Became 2 hours when the scanner didn't want to pick up faint lines and I had to figure out how to work the settings. If any of you are familiar with my game, it's our gal Tania.

Wow.... that girl is by far the best art I've seen on here. Her lips are sorta... weird, but they still look better then something I could do.
