Wow thanks for all of the input and the tileset/icon sizes as well as telling me it has to be divisable by 4.  As for your advice about teams I am currently in one but quit before I made this topic. All the other members did was goof off and nothing was ever done. I had/ have my own project and we have a team project (Which I might just adopt. We are talking about it now.)  So I will follow your advice And just freelance for a while to better myself.(That was cliched) So thank you very much.

Thats a good place to learn how to script with ruby (rmxps scripting system). Look at the left hand column for the differant commands and classes. There should be tutorial or something at that site as well. Though you'll probably need some background info in scripting in order to understand it. Eh, its worth a look.
