We are allowed to use the icons provided and use them for a game we create if we give creds, yah?

Or do you have to do something more to have permission for such thing? :/

Yeah, anything in the complete resourse section is for you to use. Nothing is required to use them unless otherwise stated. Credit isn't even needed unless stated. If someone posts their graphics in the complete resourse section, they are basically saying they are free to use.

It is a good idea to just add everyone in the credits anyway.

So yeah, go ahead and use any of the graphics you find there. Give credit if possible. If stated that you need to give credit (or something else) be sure to follow it.
