I've erased the white spots, added a belt (which was already there, but not very noticeable) and edited it a bit.
It's far from perfect, but I think it's not bad so far.
The only thing is I haven't shaded it. I've never been good at shading... I also only use MS Paint. And GIMP, but so far I've only used it to get rid of the sheet background colour thing, since I don't know much about it... but anyway...
Maybe I'll try shading it.


Maybe I'll also try a new drawing... not sure...

I can't even shade charset properly... >.>
The main problem is that I'm not sure where to shade.
I mean, like, take the hair as an example. What part of the hair do I need to shade? Same for pants, face, arms, etc.

She looks a little... bugged out. =\ Everything else is really great, but the eyes are a little iffy.

I think it's fine. She looks happy.

For shading, remember that light comes from overhead and the head is basically a sphere. So you get some "bright lines" at the top of the head and darker colors down bottom. Take a look at your own sprite avatar for a pretty good example.
