Request for Charset

I'd like a charset for XP with police and SWAT members. I'm not too worried about what region the police look like they are from, but I prefer American or Australian if possible, but if they look like police, thats fine too (as long as they are human though)
I need the SWAT to be carrying weapons, and the police to be in normal uniform, as well as some in riot gear (helmets, shields and some with batons)
