For those of you who wish to know, that isn't diarrhea on top of the hot dogs. It's a hot sauce with a ground beef base. Trust me, these things are heart attacks on a plate. Take (choice of two) macaroni salad, baked beans, home fries, french fries or occasionally potato salad and put your selecetion of meat on top. And to think some people choose not one, not two but THREE meats. (Steak, fish fry, dogs, sausages, hamburgers or cheeseburgers.) There are even some who dump chili on top... A colossal mountain of food (complete with a roll/ piece of bread).
You may finish throwing up / going into cardiac arrest. (Choose one.)
