I'm really glad of what i can read in this thread.
It seems that almost everybody is happier now. Don't really know if we can call this "the end of the dark ages", but suresly it's a start.

One note for the "almost banned" members: this is not a definitive status. Now Raffles is gone (at least, with "raffles" name) and only your actions will be responsible of this. Hopefully you'll be normal members soon.

And one other thing: i've already said Raffles was not that bad: he wrote well, and surely he is not stupid.
I can say i hope he will stay here, leaving his worst part with his old name.

Why don't you ban his IP adress. Then, he can not get back in no matter what his new name is? That's what I would do. For all we know...   I don't know...   AsakuraHao2004 could be Raffles in disguise (no offense, Asakura! )
