Things happen, and it makes you wonder....
« on: August 04, 2005, 09:54:19 PM »
I'll be leaving for 2 weeks starting tonight.  A death has occured in the family, and I must fly to Israel for 2 weeks.  I've never been so sad in my entire life....and it hit me like I never thought it would.  Anyways, I'll be gone for 2 weeks.  Not sure I'll have the labtop or not, but if I do...I still might not be on as much.

Whenever you lose someone, it's unbelievably sad. My condolences, and we'll see you when you get back.

My Grandmother on my mothers side.  But the thing is, I was there when my Dad told her.  And I couldn't bear to hear and see my mom cry and yell.  It was too much for me......I starting crying too....like I said...it hit me like I never thought it would....mostly because I didnt want to see my mother sad.  Call me a sissy for crying if you want...but I'm not ashamed.  God surely does work in mysterious ways...if any at all.

Death is just another step in life that we all take. You can't blame God for this, it was already destined to happen. My condolences for your loss though, I know how it feels, and you're not a sissy for crying, it hurts when someone dies. Cya when you get back though.

U arent a sissy....When my grandad died, It hit me hard too. The pain never goes away...its been 5 years and I still cant stop crying when I remember him.

The only thing that really helps is the thought that your loved one has slipped into the ultimate rest...There is no more pain for them, they are at peace.

It will hit me hard to when my grandma will die. Probably because I'm really close to her and my grandpa of my mothers side.

Every human that is born must also, in turn, die.  It's only fair to everyone else.  But it is how their life was lived that matters.  Look at your grandmothers life, and smile.
