Timer
« on: March 19, 2006, 08:11:17 PM »
What am I doing wrong? I opened the database and went to COMMON EVENT. I named the new COMMON EVENT timer1.
I set it to "parrallel process". I checked the check box for a switch.
I put the timer for set and start. I put the event "conditional Branch". I set the Conditional Branch on timer1 for 0m and 0s less. I click out of the database. I put the common event on the map. It either starts by saying the sentence I want after the timer ends or when the timer ends nothing happens. Im thinking
somewhere in the database theres something for switch. Because
I can only find the names of the switches. Could you help me please?

Didn't you just post the same exact thing in the tutorials section? Theres no need to post it twice.

Hell Yeah! Just recovered all my old rm2k/3 games from my 10 year old, broken laptop hard drive that had been formatted and had a new OS installed on it. Oh, and I did all of this from my phone. WIN

At the way bottom of your post there should be some buttons like profile, edit post, I think delete post should be there too. Though it doesn't really matter and I wouldn't worry about it.

Anyway, in case you didn't see I replied to your topic in the tutorials section.
