Not to sound like a dick, but my standards for comedy are a little higher than that. Wacky wavy nonsense isn't something that tickles my funny bone, you know?

Hee hee. Humour is subjective and high and low isn't necessarily a good scale.  We had fun, anyway :p

And yeah, I forgot I drew them there. I tend to sign birthday and christmas cards with them and stuff like that.

Hey, I wasn't saying your opinion wasn't valid. I just meant that a high to low standard for comedy is too broad for such a complex medium.  One comedian can make one friend wet themselves with laughter and another friend pretty much want to vomit, even if the two friends have similar tastes.  It's very difficult to define what's funny.

It's used mostly to describe the class of comedy. Fart jokes are low, economy jokes are high, blahbluhbleh. At any rate, high standards (which is what I was talking about) refers to what I am looking for on a personal level in my comedy. Your skit thing didn't meet my requirements, and it wasn't able to make me laugh. That's all I'm saying.
