No! Not my love! *clings to meis and sobs* I'll do anything, ANYTHING!! Like say, since I am the main chick around here I do have a little something called "power" and can use it whenever I please so Meis stays. Or I'll take all of you're jewels. Charas island has no jewels, as its currency is maintained in saltine crackers.

From no 9/11 topics to.... saltines?
I suddenly remember why I love this place.

On a side note, I just remembered that Deval Patrick, one of the stupider politicians I've ever had the misfortune to meet (as a result of Phayre's institutional life, she hates them all, actually, and thinks they're all full of poo) called the events of 9/11 "mean, nasty, and bitter". After a day full of long, involved, melodramatic reports from people who didn't seem to actually give a crap and were just trying to look good on TV..... that just made my day. "Ohhhh, Mr. Hijacker, that's not very nice!" I laughed so hard.

...as for being female.... perhaps if I were to stop using male avatars all the time? How about a cutesy fuzzy bunny creature?

Yes, but it's much harder to trade them. I mean, none of us would really want to trade them for stuff, you know?

This topic has gone from nothing to a possible flame war, then for an awkward conversation, and now it's just silly.

Still, it IS the most amusing topic I've seen in charas in a long time.

 So, please, carry on.
