Make me a character set

(You don't need to use the extra walking frames)

I'd make it myself, but he's too tall to fit in any templates I've found.

I guess I forgot to mention I wanted an RPG Maker 2000-format character set.

It'll work, you just need to put it into the corner of a larger charset in mspaint or something. Surely you can be bothered to do that much.
