Big Update Day :D

Due to some recent Class changes and additions to the game and my Moving houses, ive pushed the Demo back to a later Date. I appologize for anyone who was awaiting it soon :D. BUT in good news the Newer Demo Version ill be releasing will have much more to it. Comparing the previous Demo version i made with the new Demo version there is a huge difference in quality and content. Hoping to have it out by next month, but it all depends how well this move works :D.

Also, ive updated the Game guide at the top of Page 4 with All Hero information as well as more Information about the game. (mainly a new chest type and the Boss Loot Information. Ive also updated my first Posts information so its accurate with the current version of An Epic Legend.

Enjoy and see ya soon :D

The Move is finsihed! i am now in my new house and work is back on track.

Infact i dont have any Phone/internet or Cable till Aug 13th, so ive been hammering down like Thunder on this RPG. This should definately Speed the Demo Releasing Process for sure :D

Also ive created something Called "Soldier Mode" Its more of a For fun thing than anything. You only get to pick a Single Super Soldier as your Hero. He has pre-set equipment and cannot equip any items found in the game but brings a fun and unique challenge. Ofcoarse this is optional. I would still suggest picking a regular Party your first time through :D

Hmmm... by the way. Another thing you might want to think about is maybe redoing all your battle char sets so that their all in the same style. On your last screen shot, if you look at Demon of pwn, The Ninja, and the Necromancer, you'll notice that they're all different sizes. Like, the ninja is way taller than the Necromancer, and their both supposed to be human, right? So I guess it wouldn't hurt to make them all on the same scale, so they would at least fit in more, and not just thrown together like that.

naturally.

You could like, fit three of those necromancers to be as tall as the ninja, so he's paranormally huge. Also, as I said before, the necromancer, and the goblin are char-sized, while the others aren't. There's more to it than just size, it's also about the style the characters are in.

Maybe the necromancer is a dwarf, as in a midget.

Perhaps. But if you'll still have to look at the other screen shots, and the black mage, and fighter are kinda char-sized too, or at least don't fit in with the style as everyone else, and I'm pretty sure that they are humans. Not trying to sound like a jerk or anything, just kinda something that sticks out.

I agree with what you're saying, Muraiko, but not everbody is like you and me and tries to make it in all
the same style. Some pepole just don't want to put the extra effort itno every character and some do.
If you think this is bad go to Ultima Island and look at some of their games. Like that pokemon kindom hearts
thing. Don't ask I fogot what the ttile is.

Ive been hammering out Balance and Content first, more than anything. I do a Polish Pass After im 100% happy with the Flow/balance of a zone/ability/monster. Some of the Battle Char sets im working on replacing/Editing.

Due to having so many characters of a very wide range some with unique class based equipment, the combination of Learning unique Skills through leveling and Being able to Buy Spells at Trainers, Tons and Tons of unique enemies and Bosses each that have unique abilities chances to drop items combined with a Huge amount of Craftable Equipment,   i spend alot of time Balanceing.  Even though there is a zillion options i find the game Flows perfectly.

The Last 3 Days without internet have been pretty boring, although ive Got Barrels and Barrels of Work done. Im also going to be updating the Game Guide on Top of Page 4 with more Information. (Again the Game Guide will be givin with the Demo.)
Im also going to be Adding more Information about the World. [Including a first Glance at the Third WorldMap (This will be on the top of Page 1)]

I do Appreciate everyones Interest in this game. Ive worked very hard for a long time. I will keep information coming to keep you posted on The Updates.

First Post Page 1 (information) has been updated.  First Post Page 4 (Game Guide) Have been updated.

New info:

Factions info
The Brotherhood – The Brotherhood is a Priest-Hood of Powerful Casters Lead by Grand Hierophant Zephyrmore Primsdale.  You cannot Join the Brotherhood, you must Be Born one of them.  From Birth you must choose a Path, The Path of Faith or the Path of Shadow.  Brothers of Faith have a much stronger Healing Potential and Higher level of Holy Power.  Brothers of Shadow are Masters of the Dark Tainted Arts.  The Brotherhood has Three Cities. Zenikal is the Main City of The Brothers of Faith.  Tormyth is the Main City of The Brothers of Shadow.  You will very Rarely See a Brother of Faith in Tormyth, and you will rarely see a Brother of Shadow in Zenikal.  Then there is “The Cloud” as they call it.  This is the Main Capitol of The Brotherhood and houses Both Brothers of Faith and Shadow. Also their Main Leader Lives in a Castle in “The Cloud” City.

The Tuvians – A Barbaric Nation of Humans.  Although they aren’t as Smart as regular humans they are much larger and much stronger.  They have been Peaceful for many Years now. Although they still kill Orcs/Goblins on Sight.

The Jackfin Company – Created by a Pirate named Jackfin.  They own several of the Port Cities around the World as well as control about half of the Waterways in the World.  These Pirates are usually pretty Neutral, but will exact harsh vengeance against anyone who dares Mess with their Operations or its Members.

Soldier Mode
Picking the Hero named “Soldat” will Start Soldier Mode.  This means you only have Soldat as your Hero.  He has Pre-Set Equipment and cannot use any Equipment found in the Game.  He only has 1 Possible Ally to get named “Tankert”.  Tankert cannot be controlled in combat and acts on his own.  This game mode brings a new fun New Challenge to the Same Game.  Although if this is your first time playing the game, I would suggest playing it normally before Trying Soldier Mode.

tips
Keep Your eye out for the Word “DARE”.  If something Dares you to do an action There is a reason.  Either a fight will happen or there is some Danger involved with the Action.  So Keep your eyes open for the wording. Example: “Do you Dare pull the Switch?”

Timed Events
There is a lot of Things that can only be done between Certain Times.  If you advance past a Timed Event it will be Lost forever.  Although Timed Events aren’t crucial to victory they can add some very nice benefits.  Most Timed Events will be activated randomly as you play through, so it can be very hard to locate These Events.

im also thinking of adding 1 more hero choice to each slot. Anyone would like to suggest a unique class or hero? Im fairly open to ideas.

currently im thinking of adding
Slot 1 - Azerath(A Dark Warlock)
Slot 3- Priest(Pure Healbot) and an inventor(A Slot 3 engineer)

The inventor is mainly to add options for party composition. Cause now there will be an engineer in slot 2(robot), slot 3(Inventor) And slot 4(Goblin)

But please, if there is a hero or an intersting idea you would like to see added, post here. Im very open to peoples suggestions or ideas.

Salamander - Supporter Hero (4)

Pros
High intelligence
Powerful healing abilities.
Uses lots of Debuffs.

Cons
Must have Frog
Low defence and attack
Cannot hold any weapons except daggers.

I think this caracter would be cool.  :D

Hawkfrost- Ill look into him. i dunno anything about .hack,  although ive pretty much added all the characters from other games that i want. New heroes from here out, gotta be more original. But again ill look into him and see what he brings to the table.

Hirochi- Are you talking like a Salamander lizard? or a Lizardman guy? cause ive been debating adding a Lizardman to the Roster.

Im hoping to Have about 8 Choices per Slot (not including heros that require another hero to be chosen)

Currently i have:
Slot 1: 8 choices
Slot 2: 5 Choices (6 Including Pre-Reqs)
Slot 3: 6 Choices (8 Including Pre-Reqs)
Slot 4: 5 Choices (6 Inlcuding Pre-Reqs) [Im counting The Red/Green/Blue Dragons as 1 even though they are 3 diff heroes]
