Hello Charas!
« on: July 17, 2008, 06:09:49 PM »
Okay so i've been going to charas for about a year now and I can guarantee you that I have seen every resource in the complete resource section. So I decided that with that done I should join the forums. This seems like a good community so I hope that things go well with me here.

I noticed that I didn't introduce myself clearly so let me do so now. I have studied rpg maker for 2 years now, I have taken spriting lessons for a month (not so good at it), I know RGSS and am decent with it. I find my self an amazing story writer which one day I will create a game with, and I have FULLY mastered all of rpg maker 2003's functions. I also believe that an rpg game should not be based on the functions that it has but how the storyline captivates the player (I say this because I notice that a large amount of rpg maker made games were made usually only to introduce new game play functions).

Edit:Okay by fully master it I mean that I completely understand all the commands (Ex:switches,variables,...)

No I have not made an abs like SoM (which is actually a Great game) but Really only because I do not have time it takes to rip the large amount of graphics to do so (PS: I'm not grumpy I just have very bad experence with FFTA2)

Y'know what? I haven't done my signature welcome in quite a while... Perhaps now is a good time to break the drought?
