Well I make them using Paint and Idraw in combination. What program do you use?

I donīt have a program for Charsets and Chipsets. Unfortunately. I donīt know how I can do charsets myself. For Titelscreen, Gameoverscreen, Panorama, Pictures I use Photfiltre and Irfanview. But I canīt make Charsets or Chipsets I donīt know how...

When you say you don't know how to make charset... what do you mean exactly? Because it's not really hard. Just open paint (which I think all computer starts with), save and import it to RM2K3. It's quite simple. Now if you actually mean you're not very good at it, you could always start by editing or using a template first.
