Chrono Trigger DS.

That's it. No explanation. If you don't play it, you're a communist, a jihadist, and an anarchist, all in one. Yes, that conflicts, but I don't care. Chrono Trigger is that awesome.
I see no reason to play throught the same game again for the fourth time just for some terribl extra contemt. Next post please.

Play Locke's Quest. It's also a tower-defense game, but you BUILD the tower beforehand, and can put in cool things like sniper points (I think) and gun turrets! Also, you play as a guy who fights with a giant monkeywrench--how is that not cool?!

Goddamn I was so excited when I heard they were remaking Chrono Trigger. Apparantely "remake" is the new PORT.

Just ignore the "DS" tag; i just meant chrono trigger, period. Version doesnt matter. The DS stuff adds a bit more to canon and moderately interesting, but if you can find the original for $40 cheaper, go for it. Better yet, pick up a snes ROM so you can play the unofficial fan sequels made by the great folks at Chrono Compendium; despite being fan games, they're good enough that all but the most die-hard Chrono fans won't have much to pick at. Plus, some are even made using 2k3/xp.
