Pirate=British guy
Zombie=Hillbilly with a shotgun
Robot= Another hillbilly with shotgun?
Ninja= More hillbilly with shotgun?

The opposite of a robot is a cowboy.

The opposite of a zombie is a less overused overly cliche monster.

Vampires are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY overused too so no. At least 2 vampire movies are made every year. Not too fun to parody these days since everybody does it.

Werewolf is much less used, rarity these days actually, and is fun to parody. And Frankenstein is even less used, and if is used, it's used in an either totally crappy way, or comes out awesome. It's 50/50. But can also be quite humorous.
