Actually not. Anthropomorphic would be a Human representation of homosexuality. That unicorn isn't a human, and the character is Razor's persona. Or something. If the unicorn was more human-like, then yes, that could've been true. But now it isn't.
All in all it's just another brick in the wall.

Also, sorry for indirectly remembering you of that Fox McCloud art.
