A team for Carpe Diem *Gasp*

Yes, you've read correctly.  I am indeed in need of a team for my game Carpe Diem.  I've realized that if I want to make any significant progress, I need help.  What I'm looking for are:
Map Makers
Good sprite makers
Pose Makers
Graphics designer (For like titles and other pics)

I realize that basically all the help I need is graphical, but in order to make definite progress I mainly need help in maps, that way I can focus on scripting.  I know a lot of people have their own personal things to do in life and can't always dedicate themselves to something, so this is basically for people who have down time to help out.  I'd appreciate any and all forms of help!  :)

What I can offer in return is if you are working on a project of your own, I will help you with your story or characters, or anything you may need to help your story and stuff.  I know it's not a lot in return but I'll do what I can to try and make things fair for you too.  If you have any questions feel free to ask them.  :P

Do yous got a set of like, design documents, or something along those lines? I would be more inclined to help if I had a better Idea of the project.

(Holy crap its ZKX!)  Umm..I'd say I'm reaching the half way mark very soon.  The game is pretty long so far, I'd say somewhere between 7-8 hours long.

A design document details how the entire game will plan out, what it will look like and sound like; exactly how it'll be. It's a very detailed plan of your game which, in theory would allow you to entrust the makinng of your game to other people and then come back in a year or so and find it all done exactly how you wanted. It's very useful when you're trying to organise a team and you're not just doing it by yourself.

Xtreme: What can you do specifically?

Moose: I see...hmmm.....well to answer gemini's question then:

I don't have like an extremely detailed plan or list or whatever you want to call it but I do have an outline of the critical events and even minor events that are going to take place over the course of the game.  What I don't have written down is how each event will lead into the next.  That sort of stuff just flows as I progress through the game itself.  But the story, the plot, characters, conclusion, message, etc., that's all there.  If you want me to I can give you something to look at so you have physical proof that there is a destination for the story/game.  Also, keep in mind that this project has been alive and strong for almost 3 years.  It's not going anywhere anytime soon.

I would mind making you some poses. I don't know if I want to be an official team member (seems like that would juts invite you to complain about my lack of progress) but Carpe Diem was one of my two favorite Charas-made games so I'm willing to spend some time on it. I do have "Sprite Artist" as my title for a reason.

A few samples for your review. Feel free to download and test them out; they animate great.

Wow, Saikar, your graphics look great!  I would definitely love your help!  It's alright if you don't want to be an official member but If I can count on you to get the job done thats all I need!  :)

good luck with everything.
Even if you dont plan on mapping out all of your story, i would advise making some docs for your game systems (battle, field, minigames). It would help with getting things done...not just for other team members either. its great for reference, and establishing a gameplay curve.
