Are you going to color them in? I think they may look better as just scetches.

Those last one are just from gf and at most I may use them in the credits.
My won't be colored because I can't because I suck at coloring really bad.

The beginning sounds like the one from Final Fantasy IV. You're brave as to homosexuality, by the way. Not many games do that, lest any RPG Maker games. Keep working!  :)

When Pensioner Fellatio comes out, there'll be plenty of homosexuality :D

I like the idea and your openness to homosexuality. It's a brave thing and should be included far more often that it is.(Although fangirls are pretty fast at making it happen in fannart.

I was just wondering if the character-relationships are parts of the story or if you will have some kind of "Affection level" rising along the game which decides who the characters will get together with.
I remember Tales of symphonia having this. Depending on how much people died and how you chose your answers to questions along the games storyline. At the final parts of the game you was given special conversations and endings depending on who had the highest affection value.
It was great, but Lloyd didn't like men in that one. It was more like a "man-love in a totally non-gay way".

Best of luck anyway. I hope this progresses further. The world could need one of these more original titles.

The relationships will progress and and there will be points in the game where if you choose certian things it affects your conversation later on.

For example even though Kei isn't Bi or Gay if you make the right choices during some points he will still start to fall a little for Allen. Or if you make the wrong he will not return any affection towards Allen.
Some of the other characters you will get to take control of and if you do the right thing as them and Kei
they may get together with their love.

Kei, Kasis, Garren, Reika, and Allen's relationships are all big parts of the Story.
Especially Allen's.

The ending for "Final Path Haloes Above Us" is a set non changing ending though because I have written out the entire game story and its split into two pieces Part 2 will have at least 4-6 ending depending on who died in 1 and 2 and who got hooked up with who.

Don't worry i'm not going to abandon this project so no matter how long it takes i'll make sure Part 1 and 2 are both released.

Some deaths no matter what choice is made will still happen but your dialogue choice will decide what is said when they die, and if something special happens before they die or you just let them pass away.

Ok I know its the DBS yes and I know "Bad Me" for using the Tales Of Animations.

But i'm at least editing them and recoloring them so there not the exact same thing that you've seen before.
That's Kei before the explosive his animation changes after the Explosion.
I'm also not using the chibi Tales of sprites I hate them so i'm just making the sprites for each one.

Tales of the world sprites. You can do some pretty good thing with those if you have the patience.

These are the ones I mean There good and all I just really really dislike them. Trust me I have the patience ;)
So I figured I would just create a sprite for every character instead.
The character change designs /clothes along the journey anyway.

Well, you better get some RTP styled heroes if they are in a world with RTP styled NPCs. Or they'll look huge.

edit. And that mention of clothing change makes me assume that this does not take place in a medieval setting.

Like I said i'm making editing/making charasets for some of the characters and not using those so they are RTP styled.
Example
Kei before mission (I made) Kei during Mission (recolored) Kei After Mission (I Made)

I know his eye color is diffrent in the last one Kei's changing eyes are tied into the story.

I'm trying to make it inbetween Future and medieval.
As little Medievil as I can because thats been in so many games beforehand.

Mostly slightly a little behind Modern time but some of the places are more advanced like Nighlen (the city you go to destroy in the beginning)
But there will be some undeveloped places. Think FF6 some past some future.

Right, sounds great then, some variation.

I was just thinking about the clothing when I read it.
Medieval people didn't change clothes because they didn't have factories to make them. It was pretty obvious that you wore a pair of clothes until they dropped.
But later on, clothing became easy to come by. And people bought many different kinds of clothes to wear.
That's one of the main reasons that you don't see characters change their clothes in games.

Final Fantasy Tactics is one of the only older games I can remember where the main character changed clothes 3 times.
Kei's clothes change around 5-6 times through part 1 and 2 thats why you see in the picture I drew at the top he is wearing a hoodie. I havn't made the charaset for the hoodie yet.

That and the fact that game makers are usually too lazy to make more than one set of clothign for a sprite, lol.
