I blame their fanbase, they put up with too much ****, and buy everything they spew out. I refuse to buy but two of their franchisees games, Final Fantasy (Main series) and Star Ocean. Nintendo is the same way now.

Nintendo have sucked for years and continue too.
I blame Nintendo for how much Square sucks now as soon as Square and Nintendo got back together it all went downhill for Square. Final Fantasy which should have ended gracefully after X with the online game but no they got back together with Nintendo and now Final Fantasy will never ever end they will just keep producing more and more crappy games like Final Fantasy X-2. and Crystal Chonicles lets not forget Nintendo's verison of "Tactics"
Zelda, Mario, and Pokemon was the only thing that kept Nintendo alive before they got together with Square.
I love Zelda but if not for those 3 Nintendo would have hopefully died off long ago Smash Bros aone couldn't have saved them especially after Melee sucked, because every other game they produced were kiddy, poorly programmed, extremely buggy messes especially since they kept trying to kill Zelda after Ocarina Of Time until Twilight Princess came out.
I just despise nintendo -__- the only thing that makes me not cringe at the sight of a Wii is Smash Bros.
Square Enix would still have some honor left is they stayed away from Nintendo, but that is long gone now, but i've already got way of the subject.

 What? You're joking right? If Final Fantasy ends I'll never touch a console again. I love every title I've played in Final Fantasy. I never played X-2, but I heard that it was done quite well. Tactics Advance was good and the only real problem I had with it, was it didn't play like the old one, but I think that's the problem with a lot of games these days is that they think every time they make a new game they have to make a new version of their gaming engine, but what they realy need to do is remake and build a better version of that engine. That's what made me play kingdom Hearts over and over again. The story was awful, but the battle system rocks the sock off of most other with the exception of Rogue Galaxy.

Square went downhill after becoming square enix.

Nintendo is only delivering the games that the players want.
The original final fantasy wasn't about graphics and shizzle. It was about the game. FFXII proved that they no longer focus on the game, only suxx, graphics and MMORPG styled battles. The fun of the game died with no real dungeons and MMORPG-ish fields you ran across to get to the next place.

The final fantasy games released for nintendo are remakes of the original games which we all loved. As well as the new series "Crystal chronicles".
I'd prefer crystal chronicles over XII and XI any day. It's more like a FF game than those.
They didn't call it "Final fantasy XIII: Crystal chronicles." And I like that. It's not a part of the main series and shouldn't be considered it.
Like FFXII. It's based on Ivalice, a world that final fantasy TACTICs takes place. I don't see why or how that is a part of the main series.

Crystal chronicles is original and appeals to the players. Sure the whole "GBA as controller" in the GC game wasn't a smart move but still.
The two DS games are good as well with the multiplayer possibility. And using a Wii to host can help against some ugly lagg.
And it's not a part of the main series.

FFXII on the other hand is total crap. It is the bane of Enix. X was good. X-2 is girly but still enjoyable. But not XII. It's a boring lifeless MMO world with no real people. A story as good as Yuffie's character development in FF7.
The FXII game to the DS is a sure reflection of the crappy PS2 game. It sucks balls. And that's what you get when you try to make something appear better than it is.
In fact. The only bad games released since FFX are the ones NOT released for nintendo(excluding the FFXII: revenant wings/or whatever).
