More Black Faceset and Charset for all RPG Makers

As much as I like using all of the Rpg Maker programs I am disappointed that they don't have enough black facesets and charsets, or yet alone a face maker program that allows you to create black facesets.  I would like to know if there is such a program that is available?

the Charas.EX maker program that allows you to create black faces charsets,
so why don't you use that 1st ?
