The difference is 'inb4' has any sort of relevance within context.  "Fight the powah" as far as I and, I'm willing to bet everyone else, can tell, was used simply because it exists.  That or to feed your delusions of e-credibility.

I'm reading an article on "ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWAH" and I still have no clue what the hell it's about. It's also apparently unfunny, which is a sentiment that I can stand behind. Ergo... Um, Felix-0, be more careful.
