Kind of around, kind of not...

So a few of you know that I had the swine flu.
Turns out it did a number on my spine of all things. The coughing and generally ravaged immune system gave way to a weak spine.
About a week ago, my spinal discs herniated. 2 of them at least...perhaps more. I had the pleasure of falling down on my kitchen floor, and not being able to move. 2 hours later, luckily a roomate found me, called 911 and the EMT stretchered me out of there In my Undies and a t-shirt. Waiting to see a specialist and start phisiotherapy.
One of a few surgeries will be done early in the new year. Right now, Im basically crippled...Still working until the government of Canada sorts out my disability status.
Im living on Codeine, Percocet and musscle relaxers right now, and havent been posting much.

Im sorry dudes, Ive let you down on the project of the month thing. Ill still be floating around here, and will lend a hand, staff wise whenever possible. But right now,
Im kind of unable to hold up my end of the news staff thing.  I wont be absent, so much as just lurking when Im drugged up enough to support the weight of the laptop on my lap.  Not so much leaving as I am just saying out loud "Dont freak out if I cant get things done".Things are rough right now, and the amount of pain my body is in is beginning to kill off my thought process as far as hobbies go.
Not to mention, if my disability dosent pan out with the man who writes govt. cheques, Ill be without internet and all that fun stuff.

Physical disability is no reason for you to apologize, even though I was wondering what you were doing about the STUFF.

Just make sure to lift with you lower back using a swift side-to-side jerking motion and you'll back on your feet in no time!

The News/stuff was something I volunteered to take care of myself.
