Asking for help... Yet again.
« on: November 27, 2010, 04:40:49 PM »
I'm trying to make lighting effects for a map. I take a picture of segments of the map and put them all together to make the full map in the picture. After I get done adding the lighting effects with adobe photoshop, the image slides with the screen and doesn't seem to fit correctly. Please help!

Sooo, you're having a problem putting the correct coordinates for the picture? This can be tricky. If your map is bigger then the default size, pictures tend to do funny things. You just have to play with the coordinates til you find the correct ones.

If you want, you can google "picture positioner", there's a great program that allows you to get the exact coordinates you need for a picture.

I can't give you a direct link though. Also, as a sidenote, do not post any links you find of patches or tools for rm2k/3 or the rpgmakers themselves. Its against the rules.

Hopefully this leads you in the right direction.
