can someone make the black and white cow into a battle sprite?

Yeah I'm trying to make a cow character and it isn't working, if you can tell me how to make a regular sprite with them I would appreciate it, also by any chance could you get me a new copy of the "Hero 1" file, I messed with it and now it's all fucked up.
