Jesus Christ. That was never the point. Do you think Creative Arts was an unruly mess screaming for order when Val was given moderatorship over it? While a certain minimum was necessary, I mostly used mod positions as a way to reward and encourage the right type of people to hang around the site. Which is incidentally why I was uninterested in certain mods at points - I hadn't hired them because I felt I needed them, but because another member of the staff thought they were worth it, and that was usually good enough for me.
