The good old days....
« on: January 27, 2005, 01:36:58 PM »
I'm not sure if anoyone did this before, but, I was remembering about the cartoons I saw when I was younger, and I suddenly could remember things I saw years and years ago, like the Cap. Planet song, and the old power rangers and beetlebords (I'm pretty sure no one rememner those), and I feel sad, the new cartoons are just too boring, or maybe its just me? I feel like they just destroyed the Power Rangers with: Power Rangers Rescue, anyway, anyone else miss the old days?

Yeah, they were good days, very good days.  And they were the best times I'll ever have.  But they're gone now and we have to look to the here and now.  Make the most of it, you know?

I remember them all....The "fun violence" times. I used to laugh a lot when Woody Woodpecker hit that sea lion guy...that was so funny! He hit the guy with a piece of wood so hard in the head i´d cry so much I laughed lol...Woody woodpecker was "violent", but in a kidding mood...
I always wanted Tom to kill Jerry....and the Coyote to catch that running thing (forgot the name of it....)...

I HATE today´s cartoons! :yell:

Power Rangers and Beetleborgs were playing when I was younger(I'm only 16). The cool thing is that Woody Woodpecker still plays here so I get to watch it often, same thing with Will.E Coyote and Road Runner:)

New cartoons are...well they are what they are, annoying. *Some* are fun to watch but others are just wannabes....but that's just my opinion.

Moose did a similar thread once. I skimmed through the last 7 pages, and I didn't see it. And we all talked about Power Rangers and Captain Planet. Strange people we be.

I don't miss any of the shows, nor hate any of the shows today, because I don't watch cartoons. But my favorite one of all time that used to be played that I loved so much, was Rocko's Modern Life. But of  course, the jerks at nickelodeon took it off the air.  :yell:
