I've played through this so far and its a win.

Does it flash much? If not I might try it.
Title: Re: The Adventure 2 :TGD
Post by: Felix-0 on June 19, 2009, 03:57:43 PM
I made sure to replace screen flashes with screen tinting, so instead of an instant flash, it gradually glows white...but when an enemy is hit it flashes white...nothing to serious I hope.
If you find a flash can you tell me. :3

and for now. using skills are automatically set...later you will have to open menu select skill, then other, then select the skill. such as breakfist or Far jump

I played it, and it was really fun and fast paced. What I like the most is the random encounter battles out in the world map!
Title: Re: The Adventure 2 :TGD
Post by: Felix-0 on June 19, 2009, 07:35:17 PM
Why thanks you. that makes me feel warm and fuzzy. It's supposed to have a sandbox feel to it after you visit the second village. Then you have a free roam to get the next objectives in whatever order you please.
Plus there are good and bad sided quests, such as thieves guild quests or Civil Guard quests.

It looks very good from this, is there an idea when the demo or finished thing is going to come out?

This is a Felix game, but where are the furries??
Title: Re: The Adventure 2 :TGD
Post by: Felix-0 on June 22, 2009, 03:47:50 PM
For you to be suprised, there are little to no furry refrences.

Other than there being a Cat village, but I had that idea from playing Final Fantisy Tactics.

I forgot to posts the races

Hume= Human, Moon,
Yaore= Cat like or with tails, Earth
Lazard= Lizard and dragon like, Fire
Aryal= Winged humans, Wind
Aquadan= Underwater faring fish like race, Water

Maybe you just learned something Valiere

Aquadan= Underwater faring fish like race, Water

Will you be able to fight and explore underwater? I've been wanting to play a game like that since KH2 came out and ruined Atlantica.

*high pitched whistle*
Rahl!!!!
I need you.....to make a mp gauge system for me please.
I'm using a star ocean styled skill/magic idea

Skills take your own hp to use
Magic takes MP simple as that :3

I have a new addition to the HUD so anyone who played the first demo will be delighted to see our new friend the skill box
Now you'll be switching skills constantly to get through places.....sometimes. >__<''

New lag fix...using a wait 0.1 has increased performance and is good for those of you with crappy computers

Sorry Felix, have been absent lately, I've been completely obsessed with Oblivion lately. Man thats an awesome game it inspires me to want to make one jsut like it in RPG2k3... But anyway, you want one just like the health bar system I made last year? I assume your still using that one in this game. Well all you have to do is set it up the same way for the magic system. Replace MaxHP with MaxMP, and Current HP with Current MP, and stuff like that for the rest of the variables. If you have any trouble with it you can download the new CBS I made for the community preject I put the same kind of magic system Im talking about in it.

Alright new update.

All 4 magic spells and Tech's have there HUD, Animation, and fully work I'll be releasing a video showing these moves soon.
Here's a list and description
Tech:
Break Fist: Break's any cracked object in your path
Lock Pick: Imbutes a trial and error of number imput's finding the ways to move the lock. (sorry people, this doesn't work in dungeons)
Shield: Make's you invunerable for a second, takes 5m
Far Jump: Take a leap over a hole where an arrow indicates

Magic:
Feather Boot: Float accrost water using magical pads
Control: Control special ghosts and statues
Wind: creates a temtests around the hero, moving him wildly about. (activates wind switches and ect.)
Jolt: Shocks the hero making him shock all enemies touching him. (Used alot underwater, and in the dark moon temple)

There WILL be multiple weapons...
okay...only 3 weapons.
You will get them progressively throughout the game.

Enemy drops have been balanced more so more potions and less silver and blue coins...more blank spots too.

Fixed glitch that caused hero to get hit while using skill on earlier enemies

alright.

I gotta go :3

It is just bad...sorry to say but the the battle system is absolutely terrible.
I was hoping it was like Rahl's survive very smooth and working but its not.

While fighting Isaac hell why fighting anyone its bad.
When you get it doesn't even look like they hit you and when u swing right infront of them it doesn't look they get hit and its delayed.
Using any skill on Isaac is absolutely useless. Havn't tried them against everyone else.
The most effective way of hurting Isaac is hurting yourself in the process.
I must have used every skill on Isaac for him to just stand there and hurt me without even swinging his sword, and even being infront of him and swinging the sword is so stiff and doens't hurt him half the time.
Story wise eh theres not much of anything I never played 1 so even after listening to Isaac's long backstory I have to admit I'm still a bit lost it was so long and boring I kind of read it but it didn't really register.
The battle system needs to be fixed thats my main complaint. Some of the mapping is nice but flat and the birds going just to same way every few seconds was bothering me but no big deal.

Sorry.

I mostly agree with Nandez. The combat is very awkward.
It's way too slow, and really needs a touch up. I honestly got up to the "tutorial" and then quit.

I wouldn't say it's "bad", it's just...you really need some polish on it.

Yea, the thing is, I programed Issac to hit you when you used a skill. It was so you couldn't trap him up against a wall with blade dash, which caused an instant kill. I'm working on fixing the delay...I'll do it at summerschool.
Issac is a boss, he's not supposed to be easy to kill.

Rahl's battle system was programmed differently, and he probably used battle animations for his characters.
Something I can't do, because my bosses use battle animations...and since this is 2k3. only 1 battle animation at a time.
You have to time the way you slash, you just can't mash the enter key.

Pressing Esc skips intro screen

Big Update:

I have a frien beta testing for me (he's delibertly looking for bugs)
And I've demolished a bunch of bugs with his help.
Including.

Having facing locked, getting stuck in Phasing mode, Item repeats, Skills not working, balancing issues, and more

But that's not all!

I fixed the combat delay, so hitting an enemy looks more proper and is now looks as if your acctualy hit them.
I fixed the bug with enemies htting you when you use a skill. so now you don't lose faith in mankind.

But wait there's more

I added the MP HUD bar, so IF you make if far enough to get magic, you see a new bar pop-up.
Secret Counter has been added. Now you can see how many Secrets you've found.
Acheivment's have been added. Now there's are special acheivments
such as, kill 500 enemies. Find 10 Secrets, Use 50 Items, Buy your First House. Ect...

some enemy issue's were fixed. They were saddening in existance.

ALOT of bugs got fixed. but I have to go to next class.

Thank you all for your help

I wasn't saying Isaac should be easy its just with how the battle system was its impossible to hurt him.
I don't think Rahel used battle animations for Survive and he used 2000.
My point was yeha its just needed to flow smoother.

But since you fixed it'll give it another try.

Alright.
Every enemy now has the delay on, making the slash look proper :3.

Working on the Panther god temple ATM
Yaore Village complete.
Spiders now poison and Ghosts now mindbomb
The skill Control insta kills ghosts
Title: Re: The Adventure 2 :TGD (Demo RELEASE!!!)
Post by: Nandez on June 25, 2009, 02:50:55 AM
Alright playing it right now.

Notice graphic errors for the second temple like being able to walk on the statues outside etc.
I still think Issac is way way way to strong for a first boss if I had to use over 20 potions to beat him mainly because when I attacked him it didn't hurt him instead he was able to hit me 7 times in a row without me being able to move.

Then the boss in the second temple to get the green gem was a one hit kill. Dissapointing.
The delay u said you just fix so I won't comment that battle is still slightly akward i'll have to redownload it again and try.

The music leaves a great deal to be desires ts very boring and lacks so much the only really enjoy it around the boss battles so far.

The second dungeon temple reminded me so much of Zelda just without Link's awesome skills which is what I expected so good job the skills are akward sometimes they do nothing and other times when they do you can't tell they hit against regular monsters because theres no sound or flash on the.

The dialogue in itself leaves alot to be desired just its cliche sometimes boring.
Like
Nelson: I'll help you for no reason. Ok you are helped bye.

Countless times I feel that the dialogue is rushed and "immature" so to speak

BUGS
Please please play through your scenes as you make them I know it troublesome but there are alot of spelling mistakes no big deal but alot of the messages are cut off because they go past the limit.
Sometimes the hearts that drop won't restore any health and lets say ur right by a monster it hits u when it turns not when it move when it turns but thats all i've encountered.

Bugs these two houses when u enter you don't appear by the door u appear by where the pic shows once u open the door.

Also to me it would be better if u made a animations so he was carrying his sword on his back or not at all in town it so akward for him to be carrying his sword in his hand all the time.

Once you go to the roof of this house you are stuck you forgot to add a event to get back down.
You should try and fix the heartbeat noise better quality or just leave it out everytime his heartbeat its like a ear pieceing sharp static noise before the beat starts.
The town design also feels slight boring and lacking alot.

Stairs go nowhere.

Going down the rope in the cave u get stuck in position.

Sleeping at the Inn btw didn't recover health.

Also if you enter the forest from the side by Fiagro he won't swing his sword at all so ur just hitting enter hoping to hit enemies.

You friend beta testing looking for bugs isn't doing a good job.

lol, all the updates since I posted DEMO LINK, are still with me.
I haven't uploaded a 35d demo.
I Fixed ALOT of bugs that you'll find in my 1st and 2nd release. but thanks for the effort.

The boss that died instantly. I fixed that

now, if a skill hits an enemy, you'll hear a ripping slash sound.

I know, I have to fix  out some dialogue, that is something I finish afterwards.

thanks for your imput :3

Actually I was using 2003. I didnt use animations, everything that did damage was an event where I coded everything with X/Y positions so that when an  event moved over and enemy it damaged it, this was bery backbreaking coding.

I did notice alot of bugs with my first playthrough and I avent been able to play through the new versions becasue lapyop kind of died on me but I will soon.

My biggest problem that I had was the intro.

First off, I realize it's telling the story of the first game, but IMO, cut it entirely. Have there be a bit more mystery, and don't just throw this huge block of text (which takes like 5-10 mins to read) at the player. I didn't have much time to play, but the battle system didn't bother me, my problem was the text and such.
Title: Re: The Adventure 2 :TGD (Demo RELEASE!!!)

Press esc to skip intro.
It's there, alot of my friends IRL didn't mind the intro. so I'm kinda split on the decision. So I just let those who want to listen, listen. those who don't. can skip it.
Title: Re: The Adventure 2 :TGD (Demo RELEASE!!!)
Post by: Rahl on June 26, 2009, 10:57:34 PM
Well the only thing I found wrong with the intro was that the words moved so slow, its ok and it gives effect to make some words move slow, but not all of them.

I Might speed it up.

My main concern is ironing out the ABS and CMS shat I have to deal with.

I'll upload a update demo today.
You should notice a change in the attack. and Pressing Shift while in the menu brings up more info.
Anyone who played the first demo might either start over or transfer there save file.

And If anyone knows a good hypercam setting that gives average quality and plays music/sound I'll make a video too.

:3

Alright people anyone whos DL's my demo, I has a request.
Can you please bring me any error or something that you think  a needs to be fixed or edited.
Say a spelling error, or a misphrase.

I'll be looking as i should, but I still manage to miss things that other people find.

So please tell me. I won't be offended if you find a chat scene corny or weird, because I'm not the greatest at dialogue

Halo=Greatness
Halo 3= Godlyness
Halo 2= A beauty so unfathomable in the in eyes of all creation that it is a sin of the highest order to even believe you know what the extent of that beauty is.

I like Halo:3 alot more, I <3 my BR and Sniper.

Anyways, back on topic before I get ahead of myself.

Demo ends after Panther God's Temple.

BTW, tell me if you <3 my soundtrack. Music at intro scene is a small midi made by me.

I went ahead a sped up the intro scene.
There are alot of things unclear in my game, that I need to clear up.

1: You can use items via 1-9 keys.
2: To use a skill property, hold in the direction key of the direction your moving, VERY important when using Blade dash
3: The hero's Strength Influences your Skills damage only, I added in Attack today, But it doesn't show up in stats. I'm working on this.
4:Little shiny sparkles looking things are EXP boosts.
5: The extra items aren't going to be in use. They'll be deleted in the next update.
6: If you find an enemy not dying by attacks later on, use a skill. some enemies will only die by skills. this isn't accidental, it's to add variation to the enemies.
7: ghosts are hard to kill with attacks, and immune to skills. You need magic, and you won't get an attacking magic in this demo :3

I have to say Glisten is almost as bad as Isaac what worse is whenever I heal with potion as soon as i exit the screen my health dorp to 0 or half because he sitting there kicking my *** while i'm in the menu because apparently he still moves even when your in menu.
Other monsters do the same but with him its really a problem.

I'm guessing you don't really have a way to fix it since all the monsters do it.

I also have come across a few not many but some monsters with unlimited health I hit one for 4 minutes straight it never died.

When you get the blue stone it isn't added to your inventory.
You are one of the only people I have seen make a game and ignore the no Final Fantasy or Chrono Trigger music "rule" XD

Not that I mind.

The line You'll get no sympathy from me where is that form Baldur's Gate?
I know I heard it before.
Sometimes when u Dash skill u get stuck in high speed that combined with the red flashing from some posion flashing ever second gave me a huge headache.

I'll be removing the CT music with some of Camman's music.
ea, Glisten is invulnerable to skills.

Monsters who don't die by attacks, then use skills on it.
Ghosts and some aliens are immune or very strong against attacks.
Ghosts can only be killed by Magic, or easily killed by magic
and some Aliens have the same properties, but with magic instead

yea, the enemy you hit for 4straight minuets has  9999HP attack resistance
and 250HP Magic resistance.

:3
what potion did you use, and did you use the menu potion. I haven't ironed out the MENU potion option!!!
REMEMBER, try using the number keys!!!
1-4 potion
5-7 MP potion
8-9 Curaments!!

All of my voices are from Super Smash Bros Brawl, and Meele.
I really can't fix the dash glitch, just use the skill again and your speed should reset.

:3

I has to go to bed, thnx fur yur suppurt.

I did use dash again didn't reset.

The monster must have been a glitch actually two monsters in the room were like that I noticed they both moved like Isaac aswell.
It wasn't a ghost or alien it was the one with wngs and a eyeball on top of the body in the cave. Either way I had killed the same one earlier with 3 hits these two were in the room with the blue orb.
I know Glisten is invunerable to skills I didn't use them on him I barely use the skills because they cause more problems than actually helping so far.

I had to edit the game to fix the orb problem since after retrieiving the blue orb it wans't in the items so it didn't work.

Ok Felix everything seems much better but I just got to the mini boss in the first temple, at first he would just sit there and throw swells at me. Then I went and made my own event that turned on the switch needed to make him fight, then after I beat him the opening dial of the boss battle went on again, he threw spells at me some more but he was invisible this time and sayed in one spot. I couldnt get past this because I didn't know how all the scripts you made were suppose to play out and didnt want to mess with them anymore than I had. Also the mini boss was overpowered.

I fixed him, I realized he wouldn't move and such. I just happened to find that one out. when I first played through, I did the evil side.
Hit him with Dire blade about 4 times and he's dead

:UPDATE:
[/size]

Areas: I have a new event after Panther temple. doing this opens up access to the mid world, here Lies the first town of lizard people, a second Yaorian Village, and a second Hume village. Also the Suran temple that Angemon talks about if your took the evil path >:3.
Also the Graveyard is being constructed and will be the next dungeon you visit. Expect to hear Pumpkin hill music btw.

Script: All potions have been added, I plan on creating stat pills that will be placed in the Extra Items slot, these obviously buff stats.
I revised some switches so things are easier for me, allowing me to add more treasure chests. So now each temple has about 3 treasure chests. The second sword is added, Evil people will get there second sword first, then good, and neutral gets it last.
Neutral is slightly stronger.

Story: The mayor of the Yaore Village is now an Important person and will be your guide of magic, whereas nelson shall take the role of skill guidance. Also in the next demo you'll meet someone special :3.

Resources: I removed all the XP music and all Chrono Trigger music. I now have some odd themes, but I like them. I need some help on system making, I need someone who can make 3 systems, one good, one evil, one neutral themed. If not, I'll do them.

Is it just me, or did you misspell Strength damn near every time you wrote it?

Anyways, good job, it's got a nice balance...although I'm not getting the pattern for the Health Pots. Did you accidentally write 600 instead of 500? Because then that would make sense.
Title: Re: The Adventure 2 :TGD (Demo RELEASE!!!)
Post by: Felix-0 on July 08, 2009, 12:02:32 AM
No the pattern is the higher the price the better the deal on healing.
On 50$ to 50HP
Then High potion 200$ 250HP
so you get 1 potion higher.
And I haven't known how to spell strength since the beginning of time.

The introduction made me want to kill myself. It was nearly 5 minutes in length.
I actually considered pressing ALT+F4. Once that huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge
introduction ended (which you should shorten about 10 times), the game was a LOT
of fun and I really enjoyed it.

Title: Here I tout my opinion despite apparently having no room to talk
Post by: Dominicy on July 08, 2009, 07:19:02 PM
This game proves that the standard of good on Charas is a sad, sad thing to behold.

Where do I start with this game?  The introduction would be best suited in most cases, but this one is an exception.  What in the name of everything good and holy that has and has not ever existed is going on with the title screen?  I see plants and two statues and a one-footed man with a sword sleeping on a throne, but where's the ground?  Where is this at all?  This can almost be said for the whole game - what is going on?  The graphics are abysmal, to say the least - NOTHING has any function outside of being a dungeon.  Barrels and crates just exist in the middle of otherwise vacant fields of vaguely square grass and symmetrical, round streams and puddles.

About ten minutes into the game I found a giant ladder suspended over a seemingly bottomless pit full of the sky, (Yes, a pit full of the sky, I **** you not.) tied to a pillar of rock that apparently supports the entire weight of the planet, or so my senses of logic tell me.  But then, I'm still thinking, applying the rules of reality (or else the semi-reality of high fantasy) to this game.  There is no semblance of reality in ANY of the mapping.  Everywhere has water.  Everywhere.  It's RARE to find two outdoor maps in a row without strangely polygonal shores decked in water of ever-changing color and density, even in the same area.  It's a shame, too, because these chipsets have ALOT of unused potential.

The first dungeon (Or stage if you prefer, in this damn-near dungeon-crawler of an action game of an RPG) Is what appears to be a castle at first glance, built to protect the populace of no village or house no royalty in particular, which, upon reaching the end, is related as a temple.  Aye, a temple full of pillar-filled storage rooms (because they artificially lengthen the game, ofcourse.) Dining courts, Indoor moats, I'd like to say there's living quarters, but I'm no liar.  It might almost make sense that it was a place of worship, not a castle, if not for the motif of a castle, and the skeletons that practically fill the place to the lip.  What gets me most of all is, first, why is the hero's house the only apparent isolated location on the planet, and second why is THE temple used as the universal house of worship for the planet's entire pantheon only accessible from the path to hero's house?

Yes, yes you are.

The gods you meet inside, after some lengthy and ultimately useless conversation, elect you to gather six crystals for, to my recollection, no discernable reason but “you’re the main character”, and point you on your way to yet another strange building kind-of-sort-of-almost definable as a temple.  Before you reach there, though, More grasslands!  Because, despite being immortal, patron-gods of the four primordial elements themselves, they can’t teleport you directly into the temple.  Because it makes the game longer.

It’s there you meet the apparent culprit of the MANY, MANY crates you’ll find stacked throughout the highlands – an evil, crate-stacking demon.  This is where we get to possibly the only thing I liked about the game, you can negotiate your way past the boss.  Now, if only the negotiating didn’t amount to “Let me by” and “’Kay” this might be an interesting feature.  No such luck – But is that really a surprise?

Upon reaching the temple I found it was victim to the same problem as the last – everything quite simply exists.  Where are the priests’ quarters?  The altar?  The chapel?  Anything identifying it as a place of worship, not the stage of the next pointless Lara Croft game/movie/masturbatory fan-fiction?

Guest starring a digimon!  Why?  Because it's easier than making up a lieutenant for the villain.

One session of mindless, dungeon-delving time consumption, I was faced with a big, stupid looking bell-shaped purple knight, ripped right from a game that’s arguably even stupider than the one I was occupied with at the time.  After dispatching the ugly guy and his equally stolen, living shadow cronies (with little to no malfunction, seeing as this game is easier than even Valkyrie Profile, which is an accomplishment in and of itself.)

A portal opens (Because that’s what portals do after big purple knights die, after all.) and, with little existent choice but to follow it, I’m taken to a room, or more appropriately, a floating corridor made of ice and blue stairs, a big green crystal waiting on the other end of the room, arguably again stolen from Square, from the era when they couldn’t come up with a plot, shitty or (almost never) otherwise that didn’t have to do with gathering stones.

Predictably, the rock is one of the six crystals you were sent to collect.  Upon taking it, you’re taken back to the temple of the gods (again raising the question, why wasn’t I just teleported into the crystal’s chamber RIGHT AWAY?) and a conversation between the gods and the apparent physical avatars of the crystals.  They speak their generic drivel about powerdful entinties and the sort, EVENTUALLY directing you to a cave misleadingly named a crater.

Compelling.

The game persists in that pattern, incoherent, cryptic dialogue by some loose definition stringing one scene to the next, punctuated by bug-ridden boss-fights and what would be a stray unkillable monster if they were the standard, not the exception.  I’ve only touched the surface of utter terror this game offers, to the point that I think the game must be bad by design, not mistake.  By the same token though, I’ve only touched upon some of its virtues – though they’re hardly enough to save the game.

The dungeons do feature some interesting puzzle design, albeit hardly unique.  In the last dungeon available – the temple (seeing a pattern?) of a panther god (Despite the clearly stated pantheon of six gods), wherein a switch decides which of two barriers is up and which is down.  The player is made to navigate one passage and then the next because of these barriers, and then finally reach the boss chamber.

Contrary to the polar opposite of the following statement that’s usually used by critics, despite its virtues, the game is terrible – nearly unplayable thanks to glitches, and hardly desirable to be played outside of fodder for abusive criticism.

The bottom line,
Pros:

Occasionally clever dungeon design

Cons:

Lack of character development (lack of personalities to be developed at all)
Terrible, typo-brittle dialogue
Extremely buggy, to put it gently
Much too easy

A solid two of ten.

Thats a pretty hard rap Dom, Ive played through Felix's games before and thier kinda meant to be wierd and zelda-ish. While the storyline does at points cripple me as well I do enjoy seeing Felix's coding as its often very clever. The glitches can be fixed and the game made less abstract. I rhink it is much of an improvment from the first adventure game,  and many of the graphics and such seem like they fit well and were hard to find. Citicism is good but this almost borders trolling, give some ideas help rather than say its crap 2/10 and I'll never play it again.

If you would like some help remapping a few things felix I wouldnt mind to help out with it as many things do seem ver square.

Eh Dominicy doesn't bother me. You know, he is basically cancer in my eyes so I'm good. He's like that one thorn on the bottom of your foot, you just pluck and throw it away. The name Angemon I got NOT from digimon you failtard. Take Angel and Demon, mix em together. what do you get? Ange-mon.
I updated all DEMO links. So Now you should see new chests and enemy balances. Also some minor changes.
Also Domincy, It's called a demo for a reason.

and wait you said it was too easy, I dumbed it down cause everyone else said it was too hard and they kept dying.
So I guess that's one good trait you showed, the ability to play an ABS.

The CLEARLY stated six gods? Did I say there were only six gods?
Each race has a god to govern it. And a corrupt god. The 4 gods govern element.
Then Issac Is a good god. You will find the evil god later
Panther is bad for Yaore, you'll find the good god later.
Same with other places.
Talking about random portals. I got that Idea from Zelda. Every Boss Has that portal, save Meteor Fall.
I know I failed the crystal room. It disgusts even me. I planned to remove it, but I have OTHER things to worry about since the game ISN'T COMPLETE!!!one11!

You rating my game is like rating a building before It's even halfway complete. So try honesty for Christs sakes.

Yea, because I just didn't release and update that fixed that. and If an enemy doesn't die by normal attacks check, 1: Is it a ghost, if yes, then you need magic, if not. Try using a skill on that enemy. He attacks him to test his strength, IF you read dialogue in the next room.

I'll make it that he doesn't kill you if your HP drops below 20%, That was my initial plan. But I get caught up in other things.
And about the Angemon, okay I flipped out a bit there. I have bad spelling, this is something I well know, and you gain nothing in reminding me of this fact.

If you're not a troll, here's a decent answer.

Winrar is a software which can create a .rar file, similiar to .zip. The purpose of this file is to package whole directories of files together in a single file so you can easily exchange it.

You can download it here: Click me. (http://www.winrar.nl/)

Go ahead and do it, it's a harmless file which only makes downloading and uploading easier. It's not big either, so you won't even miss the space.

:UPDATE:

Revision tiem!!!

This update is all about the stuff that will be changed in the new demo update.

Dialogue:
Alot of intro dialogue removed and changed, the intro is now shortened.
Alot of spelling and punctuation errors have been fixed.
Also alot of cut off words have been fixed too.
Town people's dialogue will change throughout the storyline, and depending on if your good or evil.

Additions:
Now each town has chests hidden in them. Try finding them.
Each dungeon has a minimal of two chests, and each dungeon has a secret room. GLHF finding them.
Monster loot drops has been revised and fixed, again. Many monsters now have traits along the according.

Heavy: No knockback when hit.
Light: Flies back twice as far when hit.
Shock: Damages you when you hit them.
Counter: Flies back, then charges forward.
Explosion: When killed there's a chance it explodes, which can damage you and destroys the loot.
Shockwave: When killed lets out a loud soundburst that can put you in headache.
Curse: When killed by a skill, the hero is weakened.
Absorb: When attacking the hero, gains HP = to hero's damage taken. Can actually increase monsters maximum HP.
Trickster: Dodges all incoming skills.

Storyboard:
Now Issac doesn't drop a blue crystal. Issac is also faster and more vicious, but also suggestible to skills. Try out the Dire blade skill on him, it was designed for hard enemies. The 4 god's dialogue is fixed and now makes more sense, evil and neutral sides have been revised for most situations now. Tenont Temple holds the blue crystal now, and dialogue there is revised. same with meteor fall.
The Red crystal shall be granted later accordingly.

Location:
There is now a secret in the Big Big Forest, with some nostalgic music playing within. Some mapping errors have been revised, and
fixed. Whoever said that Alex shouldn't have his sword in hand while in towns, well your wish is granted, now in both villages, Alex's sword is sheathed. The Green and Blue Crystals character sprites are now changed. Now you can't save anywhere you want. Menu saves can only be done in towns and on the world map. There are also Signs posted that give helpful information.

Skills:
Skills are now user friendly, but remember to hold in the arrow key of the direction your attacking. The magic control now instantly kills ghosts, and has a cool animation. Shield will be your next skill you learn, and significantly lowers all incoming damage.

I'm working on a Quick Weapon Switch system.

When it's done, you'll enjoy being able to press + and - to change skills.
