Errm.... RM? As in an RPG Maker game into a movie file? I would doubt the existance of such a converter, but you could use a screen-capture program to just capture your entire game with you playing it.

It's a "Real Media" file and no, sorry, I don't know of anything that can help.

I don't know if RM files work on it, but try virtual dub mod
