Well I got loads of things to do when I'm bored.

Download some movies or tv-shows, it really kills boredom.
Play some unfinished games. I allways make sure I have at least 1 or 2 unfinished games lying arround for emergencies.
Play an instrument.
Work out.

Dress in a habit, lock yourself in an underground room and copy the entire bible out onto parchment with a quill. That's what they did before gameboys were invented.

Ah, what I do when I'm bored. Well, I'm often not bored lately because I always have something to do with time, such as:
Work on my game
Write MIDIs
Play DS (hey, we still haven't raced in mariokart yet!)
Work on my game
Watch TV (yeah, well, it is limited I guess, but I can usually find good shows in the evening)
Talk to people online (well, about the friends thing... hey, I'm online a lot if you're bored)
Work on my game
Play other people's games (if you can track some down :p then again, there's always GW)
Play piano/keyboard/whatever
Try a new activity, like this year I got into forensics... somewhat...

And did I mention work on my game!?

Well, really I can tell you I can seriously live on a computer and probably not get bored for days... sometimes there are events where I go out to do something, but that's plans in advance so I guess it's not really free time. :p

Well, if you'd rather do something more outdoorsy... consider what the others said, I'm not the best to ask for that. :p

EDIT: Wow, 3 of the same smiley in a line... I really do like that one.

Okay, because of your situation you can't do anything that involves using your legs, right?

So... tough case.

Anyway, besides drawing, you could also, like, write stories, or articles or ****, or sue that fecker's ***. You can also design like, stuff, or something. Or you could go jogging.

Seriouslu, if you lot want to chew time, I'd advise playing
Sims 2, The. That does to time what Chuck Norris does to anyone who isn't Chuck Norris; gives it a thorough roundhouse kick to the head with the power that only dividing by zero can provide.

Ok. You could:

Draw
Buy a game and complete it
Complete an already done game
Work on a game
Learn to do something new
Something else

Just some random suggestions.

That buying a game part is a little bit dificult if you can't even walk, as well as learning something new.

Oh yeah... That walking part. Well, then, there are many downloadable games off the net. One of my favorites is Little Fighter 2. Mindlessly senseless, and after playing it a few times you'll get used to it. It can be found by looking up on google.
