He attempted to try and "restart" his Charas life. He was hated because of his dumb avatar (retarded squirrels), so he created Sharigan, a new profile hoping it would start him out anew. It was supposed to be another Naruto fan because he thought that woulde make him popular. However, we found out it was jynce and he was even more disrespected afterwards.
