Here is the download link:
http://www.freeserifsoftware.com/commence-download.asp?CommenceDownload=drawplus&navproduct=drawplus&Check=True

If this doesnt work search this in google
download drawplus 4 then click on the 2nd link.

Anywasy after installation click on new file and click take the tour. Then click on animations then it'll teach you how to make a good one. I willl later tell you how to make one that looks like mine but that'll be tomorrow or later on this week. But for now just stick with the tutorial that comes with it and you'll probably catch on like I did. I only found out about this program last night and you saw my Avatar and my moogle signature.

Happy is Frowny, Frowny is Happy. Happy brings laughter but then brings tears, which causes Frowny. Frowny makes everybody depressed but then things work out just fine. So question is now, which one are you when Happy is Frowny and Frowny is Happy?
