Here's a set of faces for sci-fi characters:

I tried to go for some that could be used for "generic" filler-type characters, and some that could be used for heroes. Most of the second column- the "rank and file infantry" would work really well with Careli's and Seanox's charasets- search under "future."

Just for the record, these go top to  bottom:
Column 1: Generic cyborg, Terminator, Sentinel, soldier from a game (don't remember which off the top of my head)
Column 2: Soldier with Land Warrior system, Frontlines soldier, Marine (StarCraft), infantryman from an article I found.
Column 3: Riddick, Lt. Rasczak (Starship Troopers), Agent Smith (Matrix), Johnny Rico (Starship Troopers).
Column 4: Regina (Dino Crisis), Dizzy Flores (Starship Troopers), Sarah Kerrigan (StarCraft), a woman who turned up under "female soldiers" and kinda caught my eye.

A simple game-over screen I created in a matter of minutes. It's not the greatest, but if someone else were doing a sci-fi game- more specifically, a Matrix game- it would serve the purpose pretty well.
