As some of you may have heard, I have been developing a game based on G4's original series Code Monkeys.

Plot:
When Todd steals Dave's game idea, Dave retaliates by spiking Todd's coffee with a psychotic mixture of hallucinogenic drugs including the fabled "Totally Awesome Sweet Alabama Liquid Snake". An unforseen reaction of the drugs brings Todd's Fantasy world "Toddonia" into reality, and its up to Dave, Jerry, Black Steve and Mary to bring down Todd and shake the trip.














I've been considering giving the game a subplot involving a second party made up of Benny, Clare, and Clarence for the purpose of making the game longer, but I'm not quite sure yet.

The character sprites are all original. I hand drew them myself.

I think it would be better if all the sprites were the same style. RTP and Code Monkey sprites together don't look that good to me.

I'm using the show itself as a reference for pretty much everything I put into the game. I doubt you'll be dissapointed.

The whole point is that they're not in the "real" world, but an imaginary one, so naturally things would look different. I'll probably end up animating new and orignial characters in the code monkeys style anyway though, just so everything matches up.

A demo is just about ready. Where is a good place to host a large file that won't take it down if too few people download?

This demo has enough playtime to get your party up to level 9 or so, plus a few secrets, see if you can find them.
