Buffer Overflow

My movie downloading has finally come back to bite me in the ***, in an odd turn of events.  The movie I was downloading tried to use the Buffer Overflow exploit, McAfee blocked it, fortunately.  Only problem is now I'm stuck with a 700 megabyte, entirely harmless (?) file festering in my Limewire folder.  Any one have any ideas for how to just delete the damn thing and be rid of it?

Well, ran my computer in safe mode, tried deleting it and it worked.  No need to worry any longer :3
