Any easier way to shift the screen back to it's original position?
« on: March 16, 2015, 01:56:45 PM »
So I scrolled the screen for an event but I don't see an event button to set it back to default like in rpg maker 2003. Am I missing something or do I need to scroll it back in place.

I think you need to use the same scroll event, Pan Screen - in my version there is a "return to origin" option.  Have you tried that?  Its the fourth one down.

Wait, like in rm2k3 - so are you using another editor?  I can't help you on that one.  I would try looking around in that event menu.  If not, you could try just panning it back after a fade out so the player doesn't see it.

I dunno how it works in VX ace... But logically I guess you could record the X and Y vars before the pan and then return to those coordinates when you need to?
