I made these a while ago for my game, and I figured I'd just show 'em. They're made almost from scratch, based on a head, which was generated.

I know they're nothing special, and they need more shading, etc., but is there any way I can improve 'em?

Well, besides the arms being too long and the beards looking like shirts, they're pretty good.

Looks really good. The bear doesn't look like a shirt to me, but oh well....
 Nice poses.
