Need expression face-set and a battle-character!!

Well, hi!!

I'm new here... because of necessity

You see, I've been searching for:
-Expression face-set of RTP Chara2's 12th face (a girl with blue hair and a strange ivory-red hat): that is, with sad face, angry face, etc.
-Battle-character of RTP tiger: yep, there isn't one yet... there are a lot of wolfs, though... but I need the tiger!!

But (obviously, I'm requesting it) there isn't any of those anywhere of the webs I've been searching in (believe me, they're a lot)

So, I would thank A LOT the person who could do this for me, or tell me where to get them.
