i'm making a zelda ocarina of time remake on rpgm2k3 and i wanted some advice on how to make some of the original games systems work on rpgm2k3. i would be very greatful for some help.

Well, you'll have to be specific on what systems you want to recreate. Generally, Zelda games use an ABS (go to GamingW for some ABS tutorials), so you'll need to code that before anything else.

Also, questions like these should either go in the RPG Maker Programming forum or Tutorials, but it's not a big deal since you're new.
